Noche de Estrellas

¡Hola a todos!

¡Acompáñanos el jueves 26 de octubre a las 7 pm para Noche de Estrellas! Una noche bilingüe de astronomía organizada por el Departamento de Física y Astronomía de SF State! ¡Asegúrate de marcar este emocionante evento en tu calendario!

Este mes, estamos orgulloso a presentar nuestro propio Profesor Asistante de Astronomía y Física:

Oscar Macias - SFSU: El Enigma de los Pulsares: los Faros del Universo (en español y ingles)

Durante la primera platica (en español), un espectáculo de planetario (en inglés) tendrá lugar justo al lado; los asientos son limitados, ¡así que asegúrese de llegar temprano! El segundo espectáculo de planetario (en español) seguirá después mientras presentamos la segunda platica (en ingles). Si el cielo está despejado después, abriremos el observatorio y los asistentes podrán mirar a través de los telescopios con la ayuda de guías bilingües.

Oscar Macias - SFSU: The Enigma of Pulsars: Universe's Lighthouses (in Spanish and English)

While the first talk (in Spanish) is in progress, a planetarium show (in English) will take place right next door; seats are limited so please make sure to arrive early! The next planetarium show, in Spanish, will follow while a talk is presented in English. If the sky is clear afterward, we will open up the observatory and attendees can look through the telescopes with help from Bilingual docents.
